Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (07:00-21:00 WIB for major banks). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account. kaya33 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your kaya33 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately terminated and reported to relevant authorities.
Standard withdrawal processing takes 1-24 hours depending on verification status and withdrawal amount. Most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 2-4 hours during business hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday-Friday). Gold tier VIP members receive priority processing with 1-2 hour turnaround times.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. You may be required to complete account verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding Rp 10,000,000.

kaya33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage betting strategies, placing bets with minimal risk to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all funds may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses at the time of termination will be honored according to their original terms.
All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, stake amounts, or bet types, kaya33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports bets are settled according to official league and tournament results. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. For live betting, we reserve the right to suspend betting markets during significant events or when we detect irregular betting patterns.
